Plan on being in the Dean Dome to watch that one too, pumped for that.

I will never doubt Drew's prognostication on big men ever again.
I watched Baylor and Perry Jones play today, W.O.W.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He is like a 6'11 small forward. Just dominant in his first or second career game.
and now its time for the Beard and K-State to take on the Mouth* and VT.
ESPN's survey of the ACC had M. Delaney as the biggest trash talker in the ACC, (as well as 2nd best player)
I am just glad to see an A-Sun team get a win over an ACC foe last night. Too bad ETSU played like crap and didn't get a road win last night though.
I saw the ETSU score and it surprised me.
Stripes you watchin VT/KSU right now?
Nope, I am at work.. Booooo
well just hurry home after work and you get to catch Ohio State and Florida, two top ten teams, play at 6
KSU up 10-9 early, tons of fouls called (some bad calls went against VT IMO) but KSU cant hit free throws.
but Pullen is a MONSTER, Fear the Beard
Mal Delaney is EXCELLENT as well too. Great playmaker.
Drew VT has a couple kids out, any insight as to why?
I wont be home till probably 2 AM.
that sucks, long day ahead.
J. Pullen has 4 points and 3 fouls in 8 minutes, KSU in trouble.
too many three's by both teams right now, can tell its the first couple games.
Apparently in ETSU's game a lid was on the bucket for both teams. Murray St. has a solid team and is picked to win the OVC and has a great home record. They played like crap as well. Im sure it was ugly to watch.
Allan Chaney, the transfer from UF (who is easily the best pro prospect on the team) has a hear condition they found after he collapsed twice in the off-season...apparently it's a virus in his heart that can take 6-18 months to clear up but will be fine once that time has passed...he's likely out for the year, and at 6'10 it's a blow to our frontcourt
Cedarian Raines is another post who is out, he had surgery on a broken bone in his foot in the off-season...this is likely his last game sitting out
JT Thompson is a combo forward who tore an ACL weeks before the season started and he is out for the year
that's 3 posts who are all out, and right now VT only has Jeff Allen and Victor Davila who are true posts on the roster...at one point in this game, VT had this roster line-up:
G-Malcolm Delaney
G-Dorenzo Hudson
SF-Terrell Bell
SF-Manny Atkins
SF-Jarrel Eddie
VT has had to go zone, something Greenberg doesn't like to use for more than 2 possessions at a time, so it's thrown their defense in a funk, most notably their perimeter defense with a concentrated effort on digging down in the post and collapsing on the high post it opens up everything on the outside...VT got away with it in the first half with Pullen out, but if K-State starts knocking down shots or Pullen is able to penetrate the zone, K-State should pull away late...if not, VT comes out with a very nice W on the road against a top 3 team
